DISTRIBUTION: If you would like us to count, box and attach your supplied shipping labels, and ship to each of your client companies via the most cost-effective shipper (UPS ground or U.S. Mail), the fee for distribution is $18/M, plus shipping charges.

BINDERY: Your newsletter can be delivered flat or folded for mailing. Add $10/M for folding.
