EAP Services Provided

At some point in everyone’s life, circumstances have a way of shifting, knocking our feet out from under us and leaving us with the feeling we’ll never find our way back to solid ground. After all, life isn’t supposed to be this way, these things don’t happen to people like us, but they do. We are human, these kinds of things happen and sometimes people need a new perspective, an outside pair of eyes. New Avenues EAP is here to help. All information is held in the strictest confidence, meaning you can participate with the full confidence that the difficulties you are facing and your private circumstances will not be revealed to anyone without your permission. 

The range of problems that can be addressed with an EAP is wide, as are the benefits to employees. The EAP may help with any of the following issues:

  • Access to Care Managers who are licensed nurses with a combined total of over 60 years of clinical behavioral health experience.

  • Access to one of the largest specialized behavioral health provider networks in Indiana.

  • Access to providers close to your home or work who are licensed psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists and certified addiction counselors.

  • During business hours, all calls are answered live by our valued EAP staff. New Avenues has a record of answering 99% of all incoming calls within 30 seconds.

  • We have Providers who have fluency in Spanish, French, Hebrew, Greek, German, and American Sign Language. In addition, we subscribe to Language Line Services, an over-the-phone interpreter and translator service offering over 140 languages.
