EAP Services Available

EAP counselors stand ready to provide you with assistance with any issue that is impacting you and/or your family members. EAP counselors provide emotional support, help you to better understand the challenges that you are faced with and help you develop solutions. Quite often, you will improve or resolve your concerns after visiting with your counselor, but occasionally additional counseling or other types of resources are needed or desired to help you make added progress. In those instances, your EAP counselor will help you locate those resources in your community and/or link you with other EAP services available to you.

The range of problems that can be addressed with your Employee Assistance Program is broad. Listed below are examples of issues for which employees and family members commonly seek assistance:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Stress at Home or Work
  • Marital Problems
  • Parenting Issues
  • Death of Family Member of Friend
  • Troubling Drug or Alcohol Issues
  • Health and Wellness Concerns
  • Domestic Violence
